-The Suit I Want Is Out Of Stock. Will You Be Restocking?

We are a very small business and only keep very small quantities of everything. If there is a bikini that you want, we recommed you purchase it before it goes out of stock, because we cannot guarantee that we will be restocking and if we do it usually takes a long time. On the sold out bikini product page there is a link to be notified when it is restocked when the product is restocked. If the product is on our Sale page then we will not be restocking.  

-What is the best way to contact you?

The best way to contact us is by emailing us at info@sundazebikinis.com. As we are a very small company please give us at least 24-72 hours to respond on a week day. Please do not try to dm us as we will receive a high amount of dms and there is a high possibility we will miss your message. 

-Are You Accepting New Ambassadors?

Because Sundaze Bikinis has grown so much past year, we have put our ambassador program on pause to focus on bringing you babes more styles, more prints and colors, more stock, and more opportunities to shop in person. We hope to restart our Ambassador program by the end of the year and will be accepting new ambassadors when we restart out program.

-Do you accept customer service requests on social media?

Due to the volume of messages we get on social media, there is a high possibility we will miss your message. Please email all of your requests and questions to info@sundazebikinis.com


-How much does shipping cost?

All Orders are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii

US Orders Over $120: Free Shipping

US Orders Under $120: $7 Shipping

Canada Orders: $15 Shipping

International Orders: $85 Shipping


-When will my order ship?

Our Shipping Office is Closed From 12/19-01/03
All orders placed during this time will ship out after January 3rd

We are a very small business, please give us 1-5 days business days to package your order. We generally try to ship out orders within 1-2 days. The post office is closed on Sunday, so no orders will be shipped out on Sunday. After you receive your tracking number, please give the post office 24 hours to update the tracking and expected delivery date

-Can I Track My Order?

Yes! When your shipping label has been created you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. It can take up to 48 hours after USPS receives the package for them to update the tracking number and give you an estimated delivery date. If you don't recieve a shipping number try checking your spam folder and then contact us and we will be happy to send the tracking email again. 

*International Orders can only be tracked within US borders. Once the package leaves the US it is usually shipped with your country's postal service.  

-My package says "delivered" on the tracking, but I haven't received it. Can you assist?

Unfortunately, once packages are in the carrier's hands, they are out of our control. That being said, we know how frustrating it can be and we are here to help!

The very first step we always recommend is checking with your post person and/or your neighbors. We have no control over what the post office does, but sometimes a package can be delivered to a neighbor on accident. 

If that doesn't resolve your issue, try checking the address on your order confirmation and confirm that it matches your actual address. 

As stated at checkout, if you choose USPS First Class mail and opt out of ROUTE shipping protection, our hands are tied. You need to work directly with USPS to resolve this issue, as they do not guarantee insurance to us and we cannot take on their liability when they refuse to reimburse us for lost or damaged packages. We have given you the opportunity to insure your package via ROUTE shipping protection. If you choose not to use it, the liability falls on you.

- If you purchased ROUTE shipping protection at checkout:

We implemented ROUTE shipping protection to provide added insurance to your package.

To file a claim with ROUTE, download the ROUTE mobile app via the email you receive from ROUTE after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. After filing a claim, a ROUTE representative will reach out within 24 - 48 hours to get you taken care of. ROUTE will ensure that you either receive a replacement or refund. 

- If you did not purchase ROUTE shipping protection:


If you opted out of Route, there is not much we can do. As a small business, we cannot take on the liability of carriers losing our packages and not reimbursing us for them. This is why we implemented ROUTE. We ask for your patience and understanding when working through these issues, as this is something that is very frustrating and time-consuming for us too.

-Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Please double check your address before check out. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to switch your information. Please contact us right away at info@sundazebikinis.com if you need to switch something and we can see if we are able to switch the information. If the order has been processed we will not be able to change any information. Please note that we are not able to switch the payment method on an order once it has been placed. Orders that are returned to us because the address is incorrect will be refunded with the restocking fee of $5 per bikini deducted from the refund amount + whatever was paid in shipping. Even though the package was sent back, we are still charged for the shipping amount. If you would like us to ship it out again, we do require that the customer pays for the shipping the second time around, even if the order qualified for free shipping the first time it was shipped. Please contact us if you would like it shipped again and we can send you an invoice for the shipping amount. 

-My tracking number is saying the package is being returned to sender, what do I do? 

Packages are only returned back to us if the address was not correct when the order was placed. Our shipping label system prints exactly what you type in when you place the order, so please double check your address when placing your order. We are a small business and we are charged for shipping by USPS even if your order has complimentary free shipping from us or the shipping address was incorrect and the order was sent back to us.

If your order is sent back to our shipping office you have two options:

1. Have the order cancelled and your payment refunded back to you minus a $5 per product restocking fee and minus the original shipping amount charged. There will be a 7-10 business day return processing time period between the time we receive the returned package and the time the refund is initiated.

2. Have us correct the address on the order and send it back to you. If you select this option, you will be responsible for the shipping amount (even if you order originally qualified for free shipping. We will send you an invoice for the shipping amount and when the invoice is paid, we will ship out your order again. 

If this has happened to you, please email us at info@sundazebikinis.com with your order number and what option you have selected and we can help you out. 

-I forgot to apply my discount code, what should I do? 

Please contact us at info@sundazebikinis.com right away and we will be able to apply the discount code up until the order is shipped. 

-Will There Be Customs/VAT/Duty Fees On International Orders?

Certain countries may charge customs taxes/duty fees on their residents. Sundaze Bikinis has no control over this and is not responsible for any duty taxes that may occur. Duty, VAAT, and customs fees are set by the destination country and charged when the package enters the country and not before. Select countries will keep the package at the post office till fees are paid even if it is marked as delivered. These fees, if applied at all, vary per country. We recommend checking with your local post office if you have questions on whether these fees apply to your country. If your package is returned to us, because the taxes and duties were not paid, we can offer a refund of your order, minus the cost of shipping. If you would like us to mail your order again, you will have to pay the shipping cost again. 


-What are your bikinis made of?

-Our bikinis are made out recycled plastic and abandoned fishnets that has been transformed into high quality nylon fabric. While that doesn't sound very soft the fabric is actually softer and more durable than traditional swimsuit material. -Where are your bikinis made?

Our company started as all handmade in Hawaii. This past year to keep up with the growth and demand we are now manufacturing some of our newer bikinis in Bali, Indonesia by manufacturers who's values align with our own ethical and moral standards.  They are known for having the highest standards for sustainability all while creating a fair and safe work environment for their employees. 

-Do your bikinis have padding?

As of right now, none of our styles come with padding.

-Are Sundaze Bikinis sold anywhere else and/or can I shop in person?

We have recently added out eco-friendly bikinis to boutiques across the US! Visit our retailers page here to check if they are carried in a store in your area. 

With the current covid-19 situation we are not currently participating in any pop-up shops. If we do plan any pop-up shops in the future we will post the schedule on Instagram.
