At Sundaze Bikinis we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! Don't absolutely love your Sundaze Bikini? Send it back unworn within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please follow the link below to request a prepaid return label.

Please note:

All products marked down 20% or more in any way from original price (including discount codes) are final sale and cannot be returned

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted for each bikini returned for a refund. We are a small business and this fee helps pay for the products and labor involved in sanitizing and restocking returned products. 

Only 1 prepaid return label will be provided per order.

  • You will receive a code to your email to login to your account where you will be able to see all of your previous orders.
  • Login with the code and under the order you would like to return, click the button that says "Request a Return"
  • If you are looking to exchange: in the note section under each product please write " Exchange for" and then put in the style, color, and size that you would like to exchange for
  • If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, you will receive an email letting you know your return was approved within 1-5 business days with a prepaid return shipping label. If you are exchanging, you will also receive an email confirmation of a new free exchange order with the bikini you requested.
  • Note: all returns for refund will undergo a $5 restocking fee (per product) that covers the cost of a new biodegradable stocking bag and the sanitizing process.

  • All bikinis must be returned in their original condition: Bikinis must not have been worn, washed or altered in anyway.
  • No visible signs of use, cosmetic stains, perfume, ect.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on ANY items marked down more than 20%. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items marked final sale. 
  • Limit one prepaid return label per order. Any exchanges or returns after the first will be returned at the customers expense. 
  • We only accept returns initiated within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we will deny your return request. 


We do not offer exchanges on final sale bikinis. We do offer free exchanges with free shipping on the first exchange for every bikini that is not final sale. We can exchange your bikini with any size, color, or style we have in stock. If there is a difference in price we can refund you or invoice you the difference. We only offer 1 prepaid return label per exchange. If you wish to exchange more than one, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.  Please specify in the email which size and style you would like to exchange to. We ship out the new bikini only after we receive your exchange. When the new bikini ships out, you will receive a confirmation email first and then a tracking number when it ships. 


We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) initiated after the 30-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) wash; (5) or damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We charge a restocking fee of $5 for all returns on swimwear to cover the cost of a new biodegradable bag and the sanitizing process. 

Final Sale

Purchases of items marked down to 20% off or more (including discount codes) or items otherwise marked as "Final Sale" are final and ineligible for a return or exchange of any kind. There are no exceptions.

We totally understand that final sale purchases can be frustrating, but we are only able to offer items discounted at 20% off or more (including discount codes) because they are final sale, because they are sold below cost. Because of this we have to be strict and are not able to offer returns or exchanges on final sale items. Processing Time

Usually takes 7-10 business days to process your return once we receive it. When we receive returns, and inspection must be done to ensure that the item is still in sellable condition. We encourage our customers to understand that we are a very small company and we don't not have a customer service/returns team, so it does take extra time for us to process these returns. When we process the return for refund we will send you an email confirmation that the payment has been initiated to return back to the original payment method. Note: we are only able to return payments back to the original payment method. If you are returning for an exchange you will receive and email confirmation that the new order has been created or a shipping tracking email to track your order. 

Shipping Label

Prepaid return labels may only be used once. Limit 1 prepaid return shipping label per order. The label is ONLY to be used to return the order it was created for. If you create an exchange for your order and then want to exchange or return after that, you will be responsible for your own shipping. Please contact us for the address. If you do ship back to us on your own, send us the tracking number. We are not liable for bikinis that get lost in the mail when being sent back to us. 


All bikinis returned for refund will be charged a 10% restocking fee (per product) that covers a new biodegradable stocking bag, and the sanitizing process. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, shipping insurance, gift cards, and store credit are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Warranty Info:We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear, please contact our Customer Service team at and send a photo of the damage or wrong item, so that we can get the issue sorted as soon as possible. 

Note: Our warranty does not cover damage due to pool/hot tub use. We cannot control the amount of chemicals in these situations and if the chemicals are not balanced, they will discolor and/or damage your bikini. We cannot be liable for any damage or discoloration in these scenarios. 

Hygiene Info:Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit.

Reminder:Sale items are non-refundable. No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions. Please double-check your sizes!
